Payment Terms

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and will be applied to the total cost.
Full payment must be made at least 24 hours before the event starts.
Invoices are available upon request.

* Please provide complimentary entry tickets and parking for your events. We kindly ask for your cooperation with seating arrangements to help us capture the best photos/videos. Any transaction fees will be payer's responsibility. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone at our sole discretion.

Work Delivery

By default, the final work is delivered in ONE method, whichever is preferred by the client.

External Hard Drive/SSD: If the client chooses this method, the client provides a storage device (Hard drive or SSD) at the event to me. If this is not feasible, the client is responsible to ship/hand-deliver it to the my specified address. After the final work is copied onto the storage, the client will need to pick it up at my specified address. (zip 94002 or 95054)
Download from Google Drive: If the client chooses this method, I will upload the final work to a folder on Google Drive and provide the link to the client. The client will download with his/her own computer. The final work will be kept on the Google Drive for FOUR (4) weeks before being deleted permanently.
Upload to client's YouTube channel: If the client chooses this method, I'll upload the final work to the client's YouTube channel. The client will need to add my email to his/her YouTube channel as "Editor", giving me the privilege to upload.

NOTE: The client needs to choose ONE from options above. If more than one option is needed, please contact me for the pricing.
Timeframe: Usually photographs are delivered within one week or sooner after the event, and videos are delivered within two weeks or sooner.
